Important Limitations
Telehealth Physiotherapy:
Does not include hands-on treatment
Requires stable internet connection and video capability
If an in-person assessment is required, we will advise you accordingly
When to Seek Emergency Care:
If you experience severe pain, new neurological symptoms (numbness, weakness, loss of bowel/bladder control), unexplained weight loss, fever, or a medical emergency, seek immediate in-person medical care or call 000

Bookings and Payment
Appointments:
All bookings are made via our website or third party provider
You must provide accurate contact details when booking
Initial consultations: 60 minutes
Follow-up consultations: 30-60 minutes
Payment:
Payment is required at the time of booking or shortly after
You may claim rebates from your private health insurer (item code 53950)
Cancellation and Refund Policy
More than 24 hours before appointment:
Free reschedule or full refund
Less than 24 hours before appointment:
No refund; appointment fee forfeited
You may reschedule once (subject to availability)
No-show appointments:
No refund or reschedule
Technical Issues:
If technical issues occur on our end preventing the consultation, we will reschedule free of charge or provide a full refund
Your Responsibilities
By booking with Back to Living, you agree to:
Have a safe, clear space for any movements during the consultation
Use a stable internet connection and working camera/microphone
Provide accurate information about your symptoms and medical history
Follow the treatment and exercise plan provided
Inform us of any changes to your health or symptoms
Participate in exercises and movements at your own risk
Privacy and Confidentiality
We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles
Your consultation is confidential and private
Consultations are not recorded unless you specifically request it and we agree
Your information will not be shared without your consent, except where required by law
